Our process simplifies restaurant analytics by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights each month.

1. Each month/week, either you’ll upload your basic sales and expense data through our secure form or you authorize us access to your POS system data so that we can automatically retrieve data we need — no complex accounting software required.

2. We organize your data into a clean, visual dashboard showing food cost %, labour %, and profit trends, customized for your restaurant.

3. You’ll weekly reports and a month end report. That is a total of a 5 reports a per month.

4. Stay on top of performance with trend visuals that make it easy to spot patterns and improve margins over time.
